1. GENERAL USE OF THE SITE

Eligibility and Approval

1.1 You may browse the Site without registration, but by doing so, you accept and agree to comply with these Terms.

1.2 If you choose to submit content (e.g., demos, EPKs, song lyrics, videos), you do so voluntarily and are responsible for ensuring you own the rights to the material. See our Artist Submission Disclaimer for more.

1.3 You must be at least 16 years of age to use this Site. Users under 16 may only access the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. No artist or business dealings will be entered into with anyone under the age of 18.

1.4 By using the Site, you warrant that you (i) have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, (ii) will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and (iii) will not infringe on the rights of others while using the Site.

2. SITE ACCESS AND SECURITY

2.1 We make no guarantee that the Site or any content on it will always be available. We may suspend or withdraw the Site at any time.

2.2 It is your responsibility to ensure your equipment and internet connection are sufficient to access the Site securely and without interruption. We are not liable for damage to your devices from visiting our Site.

3. ARTIST SUBMISSIONS

3.1 You acknowledge that all demo submissions and creative materials sent to KCX LABEL are unsolicited and voluntary.

3.2 Submissions are not confidential and do not create a professional or contractual relationship unless formally agreed in writing.

3.3 You retain ownership of your submission, but grant KCX LABEL the right to view, assess, and archive it without liability or further permission.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

4.1 All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, video, audio, etc.) is either owned by or licensed to KCX LABEL and is protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.

4.2 You may not copy, distribute, modify or use any part of the Site for commercial purposes without our written consent.

5. THIRD PARTY LINKS

5.1 The Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., Spotify, YouTube, SoundCloud). These are provided for convenience only. KCX LABEL does not control or accept responsibility for their content or privacy practices.
