By submitting any music, video, lyrics, demos, or related creative content (“Submissions”) to KCX LABEL via our website, email, or any other method, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Voluntary Submission

1.1 All Submissions are made voluntarily and without any obligation of confidentiality or expectation of compensation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. No Obligation to Review or Respond

2.1 KCX LABEL is under no obligation to listen to, review, respond to, or offer feedback on your Submission. Submission does not constitute a working relationship.

3. Rights and Ownership

3.1 You confirm that you own or have cleared all rights in any material submitted and that your Submission does not infringe on the intellectual property or rights of any third party.

3.2 You retain ownership of your Submission. However, KCX LABEL is free to evaluate submissions without restriction and is not liable for any similarities between your Submission and current or future projects.

4. No Contractual Relationship

4.1 Submission does not create any contractual or professional relationship between you and KCX LABEL unless both parties enter into a written agreement.

5. Data Protection

5.1 Any personal data included in your Submission will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
